i think Keraphix is a GREAT place to start. If you're unsure of how much protein you actually need, I'd suggest mixing Keraphix w/ Humectress or another moisturizing con and adding EVOO to the mix. This little recipe makes hair strong but SUPER soft!

Aubrey's GPB is really great too.

divine I am going to try this asap! would this be okay to use 1 week before a relaxer? Or would it better to use 2 weeks after a relaxer?
