I need a better salon

I can't take these Dominican salons anymore. I want a place that actually assesses your hair and asks you questions before you begin. I need a salon that understands and cares about their reputation and clients. I'm thinking of trying the Rita Hazan Salon. Zoe Saldana gets her hair done there.

I mean Dominican salons used to be good, but they seem to be slacking. IMO, the ones w/mostly AA clients have stopped caring about hair healthy and style like they used to.

Does anyone else feel this way?

Yes and no. Everything is dependent upon who was doing my hair. When I told the wash lady I had heavy shedding and breakage, she gave me her recommendation for ampollo (idk what it is but it comes in a vial and felt amazing. And worked lol). She was gentle abt washing when I asked. I like mine but I think I need another salon as full time and the Dominicans for in between and last minute type stuff.
