do a treatment in my hair today?? I just got a wassh and set yesterday. They used Mucho Heat Protectant and i lightly flat ironed my hair yesterday. I put extra heat protectant so its cool.. i think.. LOL. i was gonna do that and Blow dry and flat iron my hair today becuz the humidity ruined my hair

The question is whether your hair can handle it. Do you use a lot of heat in your regimen? Is your hair healthy. For me my hair has been damaged by use of too much heat so personally I wouldn't.

I hardly ever use heat in my hair. xcept 4 sitting under the dryer. Im using IC Fantasia heat protectant/ straightner. Pink bottle

I would say give it a rest. Put it up in a pony and some rollers. That should smooth it out. Too much manipulation (even with a heat protectant) can cause splits and breakage, regardless of heat.
