Really, is it wrong to not so much *steal*, but hoard packets of condiments from eateries for your homemade beauty treatments? At my campus cafeteria, I grabbed about 17 packets of mayo(it's the good kind too!), and honey! I made a delicious deep conditioning mask with them! I have a coworker at Starbucks where I work, and she said she notices custiomers like to take "more than the necessary amount" of the honey packets. We have a hard time keeping them in stock. I, personally, take the brown cane sugar packets from work and use them for sugar scrubs at home. Come on, I know I'm not the only one who does stuff like this!!!

 That is pretty resourceful of you! I never thought of doing that before. Cute and clever idea, if you ask me. You little sneaky thing you!!!! ;) Shoot, hair care can add up, so im not mad at you girl!

LOL:lol:  . That was such a funny story. I love the idea. No I do not think it's wrong. If I bought a meal, then I bought the condiments that should come with what I bought. Thanks for the idea. Love it. :p

I take extra condiments too but only a handful at a time that way I don't feel bad about it. LOL

my SO is the king of hording condiments. He will badger the workers when he asks for extra packets and they only give him 1 or 2...he will also leave a restuarant with a pocket FULL of peppermints :ohwell:

A friend of mine who lived in the dorm I lived who used to "hoard" ketchup packets said, "the school owes us ketchup"! :look: I guess the same concept can apply to mayo and honey:)

Yeah, this tickled me too. Cute....Just cute!

Hey, it's the money from students, faculty, and staff who buy meals that pays for that ketchup and honey and mayo - so take all you want! As far as I'm concerned, they owe it to you. When I'm at the dining hall, I have no problem taking fruit, paper cups, plastic utensils - anything I feel I need. It costs me to go to school, so I am going to get my money's worth!

And don't feel bad about 17 packets. I have seen people wait until someone fills the containers with packets and then come by and swoop every single one...

At the cafeteria here, they have lemon juice packets that I plan to use for my next henna treatment since I heard acidic juices help with releasing the henna. As for the mayo, I find that by mixing it with actual conditioner helps because I had to use like 11 out of my 17 packets for my whole head! I think I'll stick to using maybe three of each, and mixing it with conditioner so that they last longer.

I take alot more utensils and napkins than i really need. Never thought about taking the mayo and honey... ;) . I will definitely stock up for next time.

and honey! I made a delicious deep conditioning mask with them!

Last month we had Subway cater a lunch at my office. After it was over, someone threw a box with olive oil packets and mayo in the trash---guess who fished them out? I take the evoo when I go out of town.

'Aint mad at you girl!!!!!! I take all the time 'cause ketchup is so rare for me it turns black at the cap before I use it up, so I take it, keep it in the fridge for the rare times I need a bit of the sup for my edibles...do ya thing.
