lisajames96 said:I just got mine from Puritan's Pride last week. I love the light sweet smell. I use it on my daughters ends. Any suggestions on the best ways to use this stuff? This is how I used it the first time:
I rinsed my hair with really warm water, then CO washed(Suave) and rinsed with tipid water. THEN() I added about a tablespoon of coconut oil to all my hair while still in the shower. I let it set for a couple of minutes then rinsed it out with warm water...I let my hair air dry. My ends were really smooth. they usually frizz right up even when I put them up.
This will be my staple for a long time...oh and right now puritan gives you 3 for 1($15) 1 lb containers. Oh and on a side note hubby likes to cook eggs with it too![]()
