...I don't think I know how to moisturize my hair. It's so weird but, my hair is suffering from it. I think I am sooo scared to break any of my hair off that I just kinda glaze over it instead of actually getting in there. Can somebody help me PLEASE!?!?! I use MegaTek and I add it in like a relaxer part my whole head and apply it to my roots. But, I need help with moisturizing my ends.

Well...you would moisturize your hair in that same sense. I moisturize my hair by dividing it into sections and applying from (or root) the hair shaft to the ends. Then when i almost finished i would got back and concentrate more on the ends. Youtube should have plenty of videos of ladies moisturizing their hair. I'll look for you.
