I just got my hair done. Should I NOT workout?

It's only Wednesday and I have a very big business function this Saturday. I feel so sluggish and I really want to take my winterbreak from school as an opportunity to get fit, but I do not want to mess up my hair LOL I know this seems shallow, but hey. I spent a hard earnd $45 on a wash and set I'm already guilty about using so much heat when I promised myself to rollerset instead. Anyway, is there a way to maintain my style?

I used to dance about a year ago and one of the girls in our group would always wrap her hair with a hair net instead of a scarf. She said that allowed her scalp to breath. What do you ladies think of this?
 
When I workout, I put my hair in pincurls and workout without a scarf so my hair can breathe and dry faster. When I get out the shower and dress, I sit under the pibbs for 3-5mins and my set is completely dry. When I take down the pincurls, they end up flawless and looking like I never worked out!
 
Good question. Because when I get my hair done I don't wanna work out, and when I work out.... it's just not good lol.

Maybe if anyone can post their weekly regimens when working out? Pweez? :lick:
