Do you guys always use this with heat? Have you ever used it without heat?

Last weekend I used it, did the mixture with egg plus added 1 tbsp. of EVOO. I just put on two plastic caps and let it marinate on my head for an hour. No heat, I would've had breakfast on my head, they say if you use the egg do not use heat.

It worked out cheaper for me. It was £11.99 for the 2lb and it's something that is used 2-3 times a week so I thought it best to make that purchase and get my money's worth.
