i have'nt noticed any increase but quite a few ladies on the board said that evening primrose oil did

My sister has been complaining that her fish oil (the only supplement she takes, for non hair reasons) that hers are swollen and tender for over a month. She gave herself a break from the fish oil for a week and is now feeling relief.
