Thanks for all the kind words guys. My regime is soooo simple. I keep my hair straight instead of natural just because it has been easier to keep it moistirized that way.

I been grew out my relaxer in 1998 because of breakage and stuff and went natural. What I do is shampoo, deep condition and lightly press it every two weeks. I live in Vegas so it is very dry here.

After it is straight I spray a light oil on my scalp once a week, and spary oil or oilsheen on my ends daily. I think wearing protective styles and NEVER using any heat other than the pressing comb once every two weeks is what helped me get to my length.

I only use satin rollers and large magnetic rollers. I have been were evryone on this board is at over the last 5 years. So know how frustrating it is to try so hard to get to th elength you want and then have set backs.
