I saw this earlier..I agree with most of what she said but some customers can be over the top with their demands and expect these companies to do flips and cartwheels when they are trying to rectify a situation.

Yes I agree. I think the company should at least give the customer a decent discount for their next purchase if it's dealing with how long it took for the order to come. If it's an order they messed up on I think letting them keep what they mistakenly sent and still send out their original order in a timely (overnight) fashion is feasible. And the same if the products spilled during delivery. I don't think the company should give in to outrageous demands no matter what they are selling. Some people can be taken advantage of and that's a no no!

Oh and I laughed when she said about not liking a company's products how they get mad!
