Hey all! I have gotten weave checked multiple times in the last 2 weeks since my bday.
I have been constantly hiding my hair. At first it started with a challenge, but now it seems I am stuck. Doing my hair is the last thing on my mind, if its not a bun or something tucked, it's not for me...lol.
Well since it was my birthday, I was going to straighten my hair. So I washed and blowdryed my hair at home and was going to go to the Dominican's for flatiron and trim (this is a little strategy I recently came up with to save on heat damage, found a blowdryer that works full speed on just cool air as a setting and not a cool shot!!!). Well I didn't get a chance to go, so I stayed with a blowout. All of my family members were questioning, even my mother and father!
It was so funny, even at the grocery store I caught people looking. Mind you I have never let me hair grow out this much since I was a kid. A mixture of scissor happy stylist, scissor happy me, and some setbacks. I don't even think my hair is that long to be honest, but it has come a long way.
Wish I could show you guys, but my hair will be revealed at the end of the year challenge.
