Ok, so I've been told that's not a real CHI, but seeing as though I paid 20.00 for a Gold N Hot, I don't feel too bad. I don't really use heat much anyway, just thought it would be nice to have since I can't afford a maxi/miniglide right now. Just wanted you ladies to know before you go off to ebay to buy one.

You have to be careful with those Ebay sellers. I always cross reference the manufacturer's site to compare.

Also, the price is a dead give away in most cases.

I want a T3 Wet/dry and I know I am going to have to pay a lot for it. If someone was selling it really cheap I would have to raise a brow.

A) The CHI Iron that everyone is talking about is made by Farouk. This iron is made by Divine (who is Divine?).

B) Compare the pictures of the two irons:
The ebay iron: and the Farouk Chi iron.

C) The price: why are there a string of these available for $19.99 and $21.99. Do an ebay search for "chi turbo" and "chi original" and you will see a slew selling for between $50 and $150.

Lastly, the Farouk-CHI iron that Ceramic + Touramline is called the CHI ULTRA...not Chi Divine.
