What does 1000 mcgs equal in milligrams? I saw a bottle that had 800 milligrams (I think) and got scared thinking it was too much. I said that I would stay away from biotin vits and just get them from food, but now Im feeling like maybe I should try the them, especially if they bring your normal growth to its best potential. I mean what's the worst that could happen, right? *blank scared stare*
