I did this on wet hair. I twisted it the night before and took it down the next morning.

I keep it very simple: I just use Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave In. Here's a pic of another twist out when my hair was a little longer (and still had a lot of color left in it.) I wear this style a lot in the summer.

They are single twists. I just take random sections, apply some NTM and twist my hair around my fingers (it's more like twirling than twisting.) It's super easy and quick too.
