Just a little announcement. I HATED air drying when I first came to LHCF - had horrible brittle dry hair as a result.

But now that I have the right products, the results are AWESOME!

Ladies, the trick is that you have to find the right products for your hair. Once you do, air drying is a great alternative when you're in a time pinch.

....so what did u do?

Oh...whoops...guess I should share that.

I did my usual regimen:

- DC on dry hair with AO GPB conditioner (plus, I've started using a sample my stylist gave me of Astelance hair mask on the last 2 inches of my ends)

- Shampoo with diluted CON Kiwi and Citrus Shampoo

- Follow up with AO White Camellia conditioner for 1 to 2 minutes

- Apply Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Leave In Conditioner

- Detangle with a wide tooth comb and let dry for about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half (went to go surf the 'net and do some other stuff at home)

- Part hair in four sections, and put into bantu knots (roots still slightly damp)...woke up unexpectedly with a GORGEOUS bantu knot set (sorry...don't have my camera here at my parents' house!!!)

My hair looked so good my dad thought I had DYED it. I was like "Um...no...why would you think that?" Him: "Because, it's just so black and SHINY."

I am so happy for you.
I could never really get air drying down when I wore my own hair out.
