It had a lot of info that Ive learned here. One suggestion she had was to use oil sheen spray on your scalp before a touch up. I did this yesterday and I also coated my hair with it. I didnt have any burning.

Has anyone else ordered this??

I ordered it before I found out about this forum and got my money back for it. Washing my hair more often did not work for me. Plus, I felt like most of the stuff in there was stuff I already knew so I thought it was a waste of money even though it had some good information.

It's a report compiled and written by Brenda the owner of the website on hair care. She has beautiful thick hair (check out her website: www.blackwomenrejoice.com and click on the Photos link). I downloaded the report 2 years before I knew of this site or any other site, or that there were any Unlvgrls, Supergirls, Adriennes, Sherryloves...etc in this world. I followed the regimen for two years and it worked for me. /images/graemlins/smile.gif But had I known of this website, I'd have been disappointed by the report because much of what it teaches is stuff I could learn here.
i did the oil sheen thing something i picked up from a "stylist"
me: (speaking across the room)i'm starting to burn
stylist: (walking back from doing 45 other heads)where
me: right her
stylist: (picks up sheen and begins to smoke me out) there you need to sit a lil longer, were you scratching?
me: (sitting there until I feel like i have a 5th degree burn scared to speak up) Ok i'm REALLY BURNING NOW
stylist: girl why didnt you say nothin!
Ms Portugal, you are too funny!!! I've gotta admit, that one took me a few seconds. I had to read it a couple of times before I figured it out! /images/graemlins/rofl.gif
As for the oil sheen, I've never tried that. Maybe I'll try at my next relaxer. I haven't used oil sheen in forever since I found out about WGO. I need to blow the dust off those cans under the sink!!
