I did a Braid Out!! Yea!!!!

I can't believe I did a Braid out. After washing and deep conditioning, I just put some oil on my hair and braided about 15 individual braids all over my head. I took the braids out this mornin' and WOW! /images/graemlins/grin.gif I love it! I did a little swoop in the front and put a headband on it.
My lil' Sis was like that is too cute!!

As far as maintaining, when I do braid outs, I use a little olive oil everyday and fluff. It seems like my hair becomes curlier when I use the olive oil. When I used to wash my hair every week and do braidouts, they would last about a five days but on the sixth day, they would began to matt. Keep in mind also that I never slept with my hair wrapped at night either so if you wrap your hair they might last longer. Also, when I do them now, I would wash every three days, I just re-braid.

When I do braidouts, they last about 2-3 days. What's your secret?
