I Cut it all off..

At first I was going to wait until I had pics but I decided to go ahead and share my news. I went to the salon yesterday and cut all of my hair off except for about 2 inches. Everyone in the salon thought I was just kidding and then thought I would freak out but I did it. My husband is confused but said he would get used to it, he keeps calling me Lauryn Hill. My kids were in shock but they love playing with it. Everyone at first is shocked when they see me but said they like it but it will be different not seeing me with all of my hair. I love it of course. I took pics and I pray that fotki will work because I still have not been able to upload my other ones. But you can still check out my old albums to see what I was working with.

I just love my hair and looking forward to starting anew not just with my hair but with school, family, ministry, and health. I figure since it was the first of October and the beginning of the seasons change and the countdown to next year, this would be a perfect starting over point. Plus it will really allow me to set a regimen and track my growth. I will post again when the pics are up. Thank you ladies for all of the love and support!!! Q

I haven't heard from you in awhile. Congrats on cutting your hair. At least you know you can start anew with healthy hair. I'm about to cut my hair as well and cut it down to maybe 2 inches. I have highlights in my hair and I think my hair would look better cut.
