Sorry for taking so long to post about it...busy day. I know there are a lot of threads out there about Surge. But has anyone else thought about calling? The number is on the bottle. Since it's a newer product, I tend to check things out.
When I called yesterday, an Asian male answered the phone. First of all, that was a surprise but I tried not to jump to any conclusions. I did the best I could with understanding him. I don't want to be rude by always asking a person, "I don't understand" or "can you repeat that". But his english was not horrible.
Anyway, he states the mucco...is their main ingredient. He says it's a sugar or like a sugar. The product has been on the market since Nov 2002. It's not just for black hair. It's for every type of hair. I had to ask if the company is an Asian company. He states they are a multi-cultural company and that their chemists are from all races. However, their marketing dept is mostly Asian. He said that the product is in over 3000 BSS's. He claims that the BSS's have the product but due to the breakdown in communication, the BSS's probably don't understand what we are asking for. He said to call them and he can tell you which store in your area has it. Also, they are working closely with Walgreens on carryng the product. My Walgreens just got it this week!
I don't have the bottle in front of me. Can someone put the phone number out here for others trying to call for a location?
