Last night, I sat down with my trusty trimming scissors and cut all the texlaxed hair off 
I deeply regret texlaxing 
and I didn't do it again after that first time. I reiterate: I do NOT advocate texlaxing at all, as I have seen multiple posters have the same problems I did with it.
Anyhoo, my plan had been to slowly trim off the texlaxed hair when I reached classic length... but I just got sick of the 2 textures.
babying that line of demarcation takes a lot of effort, and my hair thinned out dramatically at that part, which made me feel self conscious on the few occasions when I wore it out/down.
So I know you ladies wanna see, right?
