I am taking my braids out at work.

I am dead set on having these braids out this weekend. I started late yesterday evening because I counldn't find all the products at the BSS close to my house. I had a very busy weekend so the trip across town had to wait until Sunday.

So here I am at 3am still taking my braids out. I have the back left to do. No one else is here in my office so I take a break and take some braids out go to the RR sitting area or go to the car. I want to see my hair again so bad. So the plan is as soon as I get in the door to jump in the shower wash with Keracare (which I purchased for the first time), Reconst with the ElastaQP Serum (which I've never used) and deep condition with Kercare Hum. I also got AtONe Conditioner. I still haven't found Salerm in the BSS around here. Looks like I'll buy from someone on the forum or purchase online.

I think I going to do pin curls to air dry while I sleep and bun in the morning.

As soon as I am done I will be posting pictures!

Don't feel bad. I took down the back portion of my hair at work last Friday. It was lunchtime before my co-workers figured out what I was doing.

There was a recent post about someone washing their hair at work. I can't remember who it was. Anything is possible during work hours trust me. I use to work at a place where couples were having sex in the bathrooms. (True Story) As a matter of fact, one of them was a nurse and a CNA, and another nurse walked in on them and he quickly closed the door and never said anything about it. He told me though, I couldn't believe it.(I guess they couldn't wait until they got home.)

Whatever you do DO NOT relax the day after you take the braids out. if you want to wear it straight you can blow out or press the roots. Wait at least a week if you are going to relax. I used to relax the day after I took the braids out and my hair got so damaged and just wouldn't stop breaking. Just don't want to see this happen to anyone else.

There was a girl at my former bank job who was fired for putting a relaxer in her hair while she was at work!!!!!! Talk about some crazy @$$ mess!!!!!
