I am kinda old fashion i always check out what i buy ,before i buy it

EXAMPLE:
I purchase my food check it out thoughtly if anything not righ i am gonna act a DAM FOOL!

When i purchase any MERCHANDISE immediately opens it up in the store whether i pay for it or not make sure everything okay before i leave,and when i exam tha dryer i check it out to see if it gonna last me or not.

This same thing happened to me, too. Mine burned the first time I used it!

The dealer I bought it from called them and the guy said he had never heard of this happening to anyone else!!

Well I found my receipt and it says that you can only return within seven days.. But the manufacture warranty says if within 30 days return to store.. I am going to raise holy hell tomorrow and I do not want a replacement dryer.

I just sent another email to the dealer I got this from. I told him that another person is now reporting this item.

I am glad we all got them from different places. It shows that this product is a PIECE OF CRAP.

I am glad I paid with my Paypal credit account. I am going to see if they can help me. I did send an email to the person though. Hopefully we can work something out.

I usually buy stuff thru paypal because you can always recoup if there is an issue. Now I have to go deal with the Korean BSS. I am to through but I ordered the pibbs a little while ago, so hopefully that come quickly..

Good luck girlie! I know how they can trip sometimes in those BSS.

I feel bad that these companies will have to take a loss on these fake a** professional dryers, and it seems that Pebco is not taking it seriously.

I got a letter in the mail today from the CPSC with a transcript of my report and letter and a stamped envelope. They want me to add any thing and make any needed changes and mail it back.

I am going to add that this happened to another person, as well.

I called PEBCO today and explained the situation and a nice lady answered the phone.. This has been happening to alot of customers. I do not know if they are going to recall the product or what.. The BSS store gave me what I requested, which was a store credit and boy did I use up that store credit.


Ladies, please do not buy this dryer...

I really need a new dryer. I hope that the dealer I got them from has another dryer option for me. I really don't want to spend $300 on a Pibbs.
