I usually wear my twists for about 4-5 weeks and then twist out for another week before washing. I know a lot of folks don't recommend going that long without washing, but I have for years and have never had a problem. In fact, I feel my hair starting growing more once I started this regimen.

Thanks ladies--some of those new ones were silly pics my hubby took--but they turned out to be decent hair shots!
