TRANSITION OVER! 11-22-14
I've been working hard at trying different things with my hair. I didn't think that anyone noticed or really cared. I got several compliments on my hair and it kinda shocked me because I thought it looked funny. My curls were too tight for my liking and I thought it looked like an army hat.:lachen: I told them I was trying to do something with my hair. I've been on the roller set challenge and protective style challenge. My hair is responding well and I still have a lot of practicing to do. I hope to someday get the hang of braids and cornrows. It is hard because I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome.

Good, I know how nice it makes you feel when folks notice your hair. I can't wait to see some new pics of your hair sometime. Keep up the progress!

Go head!! Even when you know you look good, it's always warming to know that other people notice.

Have you tried flat twists, instead of cornrows? It's only two strands of hair, instead of three - would that be easier on your wrists?

I'm on the HYHC. I can't show my updated pics yet. I do have some in my fotki. I currently am wearing twists in a baby bun, tight roller sets, and my bun w. a phony pony. I finally got the hang of flat and 2 strand twists. I'm still not giving up on braids and cornrowing. I'm practicing them everyday, even though they are very pitiful looking.:lachen:
