Humidifiers and Hair Growth??

What about the steam from the shower? I know that isn't continuous but wouldn't that be enough?

I used to live in Alaska, and that was never enough. It is a very dry place. Coming to Atlanta has been the best thing for my hair, because of the humidity I am sure. If it gets dry in your home at all, I suggest the humidifier.
