Wow! The conditioner that left my hair in tangles is AWESOME as a leave in! It's so thick and moisturizing and just...just...LUSH! Now I know it has some protein in it. Would using this conditioner as a leave in on a regular basis be damaging?

They do say on the labeling that it can be used as a hair-dressing. Because of that bit of information I would think that although it has protein (and Keratin at that) that it is not in high concentration.

Oooh I wanna Humectress so bad

BTW most conditioners have some type of protein in them, even the ones specifically for daily use. I'll have to try this in the morning.

when my hair isn't in twists, I use the humectress as a leave-in, and I love the way it comes out. It doesn't feel dry even if I have used it everyday for a week or so.

on the bottle it does recommend that it can be used as a leave in but use a little I used it a while and it did not damage my hair but at some point my hair got too soft because of the moisture

Yep it does say that you can use a little as a hairdress. I tried and it works just don't use a whole lot because a little goes a long way.
