HUGE Mesh Rollers...

...Anyone know where I can find them? I have the purple ones that are about 1 1/2 wide. I'm looking for 2 or 2 1/2 inches wide. That way it will take less time to dry my hair and I will only have to blow out the roots & wrap. I am SO lazy.....

I saw them at Sally's several days ago...I was impressed they had the soda bottle can sizes and even larger. Check out Sally's or Target's.

I also saw some at sally's over the weekend that were huge. My mom pointed them out to me. They were green and there was only about 3 packs on the shelf. I have never seen rollers that big not even here. The ones i saw you could def put a soda can in the middle but they may have been bigger. We both were like dayummmm.... a girl has to have some serious hair for those!

I have these, the problem is that they are so large and my head is so big that I can't get under the dryer when I used them. (only used them once)

I did extensive search and I really do not think that you can find mesh rollers larger than 2 inches. You can see them in my fotki album.
The huge rollers mentionned by dlewis and aileendq are magnetic ones. They are 3 inches in diameter. The collor is green by Sally, but you can find them also in purple color in other shops
As said by aileendq, these rollers are so big that you have no chance to enter under the hood with a head full of those rollers. I suppose they are recommended for airdrying long hair. I also did several trials with these rollers, they are uneasy to keep in place but the result is neat and very smooth. but you have to spend several hours with the head as a cosmonaut and I do not recommend to go on the street like that !

I'm sorry, I should read more carefully, the roller I have are the magnetic ones. How do these work? Are they damaging to your hair?

Actually, I WAS asking about the mesh ones, not the magnetic ones. I have the gray magnetic ones and they take FOREVER to dry my hair, and they are very difficult to keep in place. It was not a good expirience.

I had heard somewhere on this board that the huge mesh rollers can be obtained from a UK website. Anyone else hear that?

Thanks for the info. Actually I want one 1 1/4" to 1 1/2". Nothing bigger than that. That's why I wanted to know the inches on the mesh ones so I knew which ones to buy
