How to Wrap Set Hair

Now that my hair is getting longer, I'd like to smooth out my roller set curls a bit. I have a flat iron, but would prefer a non-heat method.

Could someone explain how the wrap is done? Perhaps there's a step-by-step in a Fotki album out there?
