How to self BC

Ok so i think i'm doing it today!!! It's time and i'm so excited (and nervous at the same time). What are the steps for doing the BC(prep, actual cutting, and immediately after)? tia!!

Hey Congrats. Be sure to share your BC pics. Mine was an unstructured mess. I washed de- tangled, and drenched hair with condish. I Whipped out the shears (new pair BTW). I semi sectioned the hair and just started cutting at the demarcation line. It was pretty jacked up actually but thats ok because I've just been wearing it curly. Many folks BC, then go to a barber for shaping at some point. As for after I rinsed and combed again slapped on more condish and threw it into a puff. Voila! c'est facile.
