How to maintain twist-outs

Okay, I've done the twist out method and I'm pleasantly surprised at how they turned out.

Now, how do I maintain them for a few days? Do I need to twist every night or will a satin bonnet hold them nightly? TIA

I think there might have been a recent thread that contained some suggestions. If I find it, I'll bump it up.

if you re twist wont you change the curl pattern? I would suggest satin bonnet or soft bands (the tiny ones that look like they're made of sweatbands) or both. My hair is short. So i tie a scarf around the sides for day 2 of any style.
