How to do comparison pics

I want to do a comparison shot of my hair growth. How do I get 2 pics in 1 photo to show the comparison? I can't figure it out. Can someone help me?? TIA!!!

Use Powerpoint, insert the two pics on a slide and arrange, then "save as" jpeg or gif file

I do the same thing with Word, the only difference is to get in to jpg format you have to select all and copy it to paint and save as there. But if you don't have PowerPoint that is an another way!!!!
