How to do a sew in weave

Is there a link or can one of you ladies tell me how to braid my hair and sew it in. Have anyone used the easy weft

Just cornrow your hair straight back and leave out whatever hair you want to cover the last track. Sew the tracks across taking the needle under each braid and around the weft (NOT THROUGH). When you get to the end of the thread tie it in a knot and thread the needle again. That's it.
