How to DC in cornrows

Hi all

How can i DC effectively in cornrows..i want to increase the amount of times i do it, but don't want to touch my hair alot.

I do it all the time. i just put the conditioner on either with a plastic cap and leave on for a few hours. Sometimes I sit under my heated dryer for about 30 minutes.
