I'm 5'5 and waistlength. It's funny. My friend Mel is 5'3 and her hair seems so much longer than mine even, but I bet our hair is the same length.

This really has to do with how long your torso is, some people top is longer than others and some people bottoms meaning their legs are longer than others and still are short people or tall people. You learn this when you sew for yourself or others.

Haha.. I'm a long legged Short Person... with a short torso and all..
I haven't measured my inches to brastrap or waist, but i'm assuming it'll be on the small end, since i have a very compact waist and neck...

I'm 5' 10 1/2". I have no idea how many inches it would be to BSP, and I refuse to measure for fear of over analyzing my hair.

I'm 5'9" and I will need about 20-22" for BSL. I know some people who have only 8" of hair and their hair brushes their shoulders. 8" will just come to my neck.

I asked this same question on another forum and what we found was that most people, regardless of height had between 11-12 inches to BSL. I offer that its because there are standards when making bras that have them all sit around the same area in the back with the variations being in the band circumference and cup size.

I'm 6'0 and it was like 11.5 inches for me if I remember correctly

I'm almost 5'8" . Height difference, along with various size heads and torsos make each persons measurement different in my opinion.
