How soon after Deep Conditioner can I Cowash?

I did a deep conditioner yesterday with Joico K-pak or something like that its the reconstructer that costs like $30.. Ok, I am not sure after how long can I wash or co-wash. I feel like if I wash now it'll take the effects of the DC off.. Lol. I dont know. I am new to this..

i'm curious about this too but i guess it's ok to cowash the very next day and still have the effects of your DC because some people say they DC first and then shampoo on the same day.

I co-wash whenever I feel my hair needs it, regardless of whether I DC'd or not. Deep conditioner is supposed to nourish hair from within the strand, so you can't really wash away what has been imparted within the strand (especially if you DC with heat). Regular co-washing helps keep my hair manageable and soft and I don't think it would hurt to co-wash a day after you dc, especially if you feel your hair needs it. But that's just my opinion. Someone else might know better than me .

I only DC on Sundays... I cowash on Tuesday and then again on Thursday.

U can't really wash away your DC treatment, so co-wash at your leisure.
