How shall I style my wig (Lolita styles)?

I have bought a wig, but it has no fringe, do you think that Gothic Lolita styled girls look better with a fringe?

The Gothic Lolita I admire have fringe. I'm thinking of the girls from Japan with the adorable bangs and pigtails.

I wish I could cosplay Lolita. But at 24, married and a mom of soon to be 2 I feel.............awkward. Maybe at the next Con. lol

Ok, I googled the wig. All the ones I saw had a blunt bang and two big side ponytails...is that the wig you have, minus the bangs?

You can gather long strands together in the front and form a side-swoop bang that tucks behind the ear...and wear the two tails as is.

I think it pretty standard to have a fringe to be honest.

Your so lucky to be able to be lolita. I live home with my mother and she thinks it's some sort of creepy fetish. She won't even let my sister purchase me a Mary Madelene or Victorian Maiden One piece for my B-day!

Most Gothic Lolita girls do normally wear fringes. However, I'm sure there's a way you could still rock the look without. Here's a couple of pics I came across just now on dA:

You can just do big barrel curls and whatnot? What does the wig look like? Or put your own fringe with added hair attached to a bow or top hat or whatnot?
