How often to use?

I am back to DCW, (daily conditioner washes), and I went to my BSS and they were having a 20% off sale. I bought the 38oz bucket of Motions CPR, the 32 oz bottle of Affirm 5 N 1 and the 32 oz bottle of Tresemme. I am pretty sure I can use the Tresemme daily but how often can I safely use Motions CPR and the Affirm?

I don't know about the Affirm but I have used the CPR at times every other night

Not sure about the Affirm, but be careful with the CPR. It's a protein conditioner, so you don't want to over-protein your hair (which could make it dry and brittle). I'd probably only use that one once a week at the most.

Since CPR is a protein..maybe once a week???
