I know about daily rinsing or conditioning. I know about protein washes every 4-6 weeks. But I don't know how often should I poo? Share some knowledge...please

Hi twixie-

It totally depends on your lifestyle. Most ladies shampoo once or twice a week with actual shampoo. I shampoo once a week with Creme of Nature and condition-wash twice a week with an inexpensive conditioner (Suave, VO5, the weekly rave on the board, etc.). I also rinse daily because I work-out 5-7 days a week. Basically, you have to find out what works for YOUR hair and YOUR schedule.

HTH.

Hi, twixie! I have to agree with KitaWita. I shampoo my hair once a week which is best for me, do a conditioner wash twice a week, and either rinse my hair in the shower or spritz with distilled water. I find that dilluting the shampoo with distilled water would help make shampooing a little easier and more gentle to your hair. Also, you'll use less because of the harsh sulfates that can dry out your hair. By the way, welcome aboard!

Re: How often should I poo. Help!!

I usually wash my hair 1x a week. I cant go longer than that cause my hair gets soiled really quick, usually by the 4rth day. My scalp sweats rapidly.....so I really should be washing 2x a week , but I get sleepy just thinking about it. Anyway I prefer washing 1x a week, cause then I have a reason to wash my hair.

I shampoo once a week...but it really depends on how my hair 'feels'...somtimes(especially in the summer after I exercise) I need more.
