How often are you doing full length checks? (blow dryer, flat iron etc.)

Few and far between. I'm queen of pulling on strands to length check. I wait until I go for a professional press (once a year) to do a full length check because my at-home jobs of still poofy and big.

Ok so i just learned the tension method and will try that for length checks once i find a hot sock. where can i get one? I see different ones on amazon and e-bay? one looks like a sock and the other a diffuser.

I think I'm going to do full length checks every 6 weeks after I get my hair relaxed and trimmed.

I usually do mine every 3-4 months when I relax. 3-4 months is enough time to see significant results and it gives that added bit of encouragement to keep going
