What is the percentage of lye that is in a typical relaxer?

Is it about 15%. I know that it probably varies, so a rough estimate is fine.

I'm looking at my big tub of Affirm relaxer and in the back it says "This product contains 1.85%-2.00 % of sodium hydroxide".
