I LOVE the Swanson Vitamins Kyoto brand. 1500 tablets (200mg each) for $35. I take 30 tablets per day (6g) all at one time. Sounds like alot but they are small and swallow SO EASY. I actually love the taste. I actually just placed my 2nd order of this.

I have chorella/spirulina/green foods (2.3g) in my liquid multivitamin and take an additional 1.23g. $20 for the multi and $6 for the additional. I only take two tablespoons and four capsules per day.
