I'm thinking about taking these vitamins. I currently take hydrolyzed collagen and B-50 vitamins. In your opinion, would HF37 be better than these vitamins or are these sufficient?

TIA!

I curently take HF37. However, I couldn't tell you if Hydrolyzed Collagen and B-50 vitamins are better. But I can say that HF37 really gives me good results when I take them consistently. In 3 weeks I can get about an inch of hair.:)

BTW what brand of collagen pills do you take? I want to add some to my regimine.

I've taken HF37 before and I would recommend Hairtopia over that any day! The ingredients are very similar, but Hairtopia has MSM and Choline.

Also, Hairtopia is in capsule form and it's so much easier to take than HF37 is. Plus, you'll have to swallow those huge HF37 capsule (average is six a day) and then deal with the niacin flush. Hairtopia doesn't have niacin and won't upset your stomach like HF37 may. And with HF37, I always felt like the tablets were still sitting in my stomach hour and hours after I had taken them.

I also saw faster results with Hairtopia than with HF37 because it's easier to digest.

Also, HF37 and Hairtopia have what you B vitamin doesn't. Amino Acids.

I take HF37 and have had great results. I don't take the recommended dosage or I'd have even better results.

I've never tried anything else, so I'm unable to compare.

I took HF 37 and they worked for me, I only took them for two months, but I was very pleased with the results, however, I found it quite expensive, so that I used alternative hair formulaes, however I would be willing to try Hairtopia.

What are the ingredients of HF37? How much are you supposed to take and how much does it cost?

How soon does one start to see results and how much more growth did you guys get?

Puritan Pride. The dosage is 6 a day. That's getting real old, real fast!

What's choline? And how many of those suckers do you have to take a day?

You take six a day just like HF37. One Vitamin and Mineral and Two Amino Acid capsules with breakfast and lunch and then two Amino Acid capsules before bed on an empty stomach. They're smaller than HF37 and so much easier to swallow so for me it's not a pain at all. With HF37 I had to prepare myself each time I took it because those things are huge.

Here's some info on Choline: http://www.unhinderedliving.com/inositol.html

It helps promote hair growth and even helps to move fat out of the liver.

I took HF37 about two years ago and saw great results! However, I don't do well taking pills so the 6 or 8 pills a day were a bit much for me.

Do you still take Hairtopia?? Approximately how much growth were you getting? Also what is Niacin flush like, is it a rash??

I got an inch a month, for seven months. I don't take it anymore and gave it to my cousin.

It's not a rash, no. Niacin flush is a warming, some times very hot sensation your body gets all over. Not really like a fever, but you feel extremely warm in an uncomfortable way. Some times accompanying a stomach ache and/or a jittery, nervous feeling or "buzz."

That's a lot of growth...why did you stop if you don't mind me asking...

Because of the niacin flush and also because I didn't want to swallow 11 of those large pills every single day just for an inch of hair.

I am taking them now, its been a month. I am trying to determine whether or not I will re-order. I cant really say if it has helped me with my growth. I think I need to try another month to see if it really does make a difference. It is a pain taking all those pills, but I have been doing it consistently!

So does anyone think these pills are like WAY better than GNC's UltraNourish Hair or Country Life Maxi Hair?

Hey Tiger,

I also took hydrolyzed collagen but I am putting it on the back burner for now. I am full speed ahead with the HF37. I used it before and had crazy growth. Only problem was the expense but I don't mind forking out my cash because I know it works. I am looking to order some more very soon as I am running out of the Step 1.

I forgot to say, it comes in 2 steps. Step 1 and Step 2.

Step 1 - 12 essential vitamins, 60 tablets - 2 tablets daily as a supplement
Step 2 - Amino Acids, 90 tablets - Take 2-6 tablets daily as a supplement
Optional - Herbal Booster, special herbal blend along with 16 vitamins and minerals.

With the Niacin, you may or may not get a Niacin flush.

O no I meant, why did you stop using the Hairtopia pills, sorry I wasn't clear.

After my dad died, I didn't really feel like doing much that was hair related plus I was sick so I stopped taking them for a little, started up again, got sick again and then stopped after I felt like they were giving me so much energy that I couldn't get to sleep!

Sorry to hear about your father Boadicea:( .

So they gave you a lot of energy. Has anyone experience weight gain with all of the protein??
