How many days out of the week would you say...

... your hair looks really good?
This week I actually got 5 out of 7 days of compliments on my braidout and turned a few heads, in spite of high humidity and fierce winds. I didn't think it looked anything special at all, in fact, last night I was really tired and barely braided my hair back up so there was very little wave definition in the morning. I had lots of body even with the new growth pushing my hair out...I'm attempting to duplicate whatever I did that worked (if I can figure it out), :scratchch for the next 7 days.

How about you? Would you say your hair looks great every single day? If not, what do you usually do about it? If so, what do you do to keep your mane consistently looking beautiful?

Well there are really only two things in life that I am fanatical about. My car and my hair. I would say my hair looks good everyday. The only time my hair begins to get a little rough looking is about a week before touch up when it's a little hard to manage with detangling. I stick to a maintenance of a wash and condition with set every 3 days. I am happy to say I have not touched a curling iron for a solid month.

HA! If I'm hella lucky, I get two good days. I rarely leave the house, though, but still. My hair has been a straight mess lately

I keep my hair in a bun most days. The last braidout I did looked beautiful though. I used Kerastase Elasto-Curl Definition Forming Cream and some serum, and I got a lot of stares and compliments on it, and very "friendly" service from a male flight attendant. Other than that, my hair has that plainjane look.

Now that I'm on a break from school and I do not work anymore until January 3rd, I've been babysitting my 5-month-old nephew and I'm mostly in my apartment. So I just keep my hair braided up until I have to go out like for church, going shopping, going out with friends or when friends come over, etc. When I am around people or do go out for the few times I am, I just wear a braid-out or some up-do style which I think looks pretty decent. So I would say 2-3 days out of the week.

Zero days, I am one of those who looks a hot mess for hair growth One of my new years resolutions is to enjoy my hair more though. I plan on wearing it down more often next year

I'd say my hair looks nice every day. I work in corporate America, and I can't be lookin' a hot mess when I'm working with folks.


Now, if I'm off work and hiking and camping, I look like fo' sho!

I wrap up my hair every night, so it's easy to keep it styled nicely every day.

Yeh me too, I wrap hair everynight, so It stays put. The only time it doesn't look mess is whenever I don't wrap it and last few days before touchups.

I would say that my hair looks nice 4-5 days out of the week. On the days that I dont have practice ofcourse it looks great but on the days proceeding practice my hair looks a hot mess!

ZERO!! My hair never looks good unless its freshly relaxed. Then it looks good for about a week.

My hair takes too much maintenance to look decent. So i choice health over style.

Your hair looks so pretty to me and I love your hair color! BTW, I read that comment too!

Wow! It sounds like many of you ladies have beautiful looking hair most of the time, if not all of the time! That's what I want to achieve whether I'm wearing a braidout or a bun. My regimen is consistent but the results can vary.
