How many bottles of conditioner for condition washes do you ladies go thru a month? It seems like everytime I turn around I need more. This month I went thru 3 bottles. In the summer, it was around 4.

Hehe. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I slather that conditioner on thick

When I condition wash every day, I only go through about 1.5-2 bottles a month though. That dosn't include my actual conditioning either, that's just washing

4? Wow! How do you use up all that?

Wow 4 bottles. Are the bottles small. When I conditioner washed everyday, I would go through a 16oz bottle in 1-1.5 months. My hair is only 5 inches long, but I use alot because it is dense and natural. Most of my bottles are 1 liter so it seems like it takes me a while to get through a whole one.

I was jus tthinking about that. I go through about 3 bottles of VO5 or suave Humectress for con-washes alone. My hair is a couple of inches past shoulders and pretty thick.

I find that I'm going through anywhere from 5-7 month. I think that I'm heavy handed and CO wash 5-7/wk. Plus sometimes I have to apply the conditioner twice in one "wash" to get all of the previous days gunk out (styling aides) But since I use the less expensive conditioners for CO washes (Pantene S&S/DMR or Hydrating Curls or Clairol Renewal) I don't have a problem with it.

Jeez, I WISH I could go through that much conditioner!! I have sooo many to use up (so I can try some new ones!!) Especially now that winter is coming; it's hard to use 'em up when only washing once a week!!

I guess I'm heavy handed too!

When I condition wash I do it twice....kinda a lather and repeat thingy. I just want to make sure I get it all over and coated well. If I detangle under the shower and catch a tangle I slather on more.

At least 4 or 5. I don't skimp when it comes to conditioner. I can go through a liter of Kenra Moisturizing Conditioner in a week.

I only go through about one bottle of conditioner for condition-only washes. But, I only do condition only washes once a week.

Wow that's alot of conditioner!

wow a liter of kenra in a week. I love kenra, but couldn't afford it if I used a liter a week. It is so thick I don't need to use that much. I do the washes everyday, and i can't use that many, wow.

2 0r 3 bottles of V05 a month in the summer. I guess I'll use 1 or 1/2 a month in the winter.

I do conditioner washes almost daily and I usually begin by applying the conditioner to my dry hair and leave it on while I exercise or do whatever I need to do. Then I'll rinse in the shower. Applying conditioner this way takes a WHOLE LOT of conditioner, but I get excellent results (especially with Aubrey Organics GPB!!

). I use about 1/3 of the liter sized Kenra or 1/2 of the 16 oz. bottle of Aubrey GPB when I do the "dry hair condtioning" treatments.

I do the same as Tee, applying conditioner to my hair before I go to the gym. I can't really figure out how much I use in a month because I buy before I finish a bottle and try new ones too often. I do know that I keep cholesterol in the house, no matter what.

You're right, Tracyannette, it gets expensive. But you can use just about any conditioner. I'm currently using the Kenra and GPB but I've used Suave Coconut, Suave Humectress, and Aussie 3 Minute Miracle. These are dirt cheap and give nice results.

Tee,

I'll have to try that sometime! Do you put your hair in a plastic cap?

Yes, I wear a plastic cap. Let me know how this method works for you.
