How LONG 'til GROWTH From MT??

I said a month, but I was only using it three times a week, to start. Once I started using daily, I could see a difference in 2-3 weeks.....

This is a mt thread,but I am using MTG & I can not wait to see something. I have been using it for 2 weeks and I am now in braids so I am using it until I get out braids.

Mega-Tek, short for Mega-Tek Equine Rebuilder, usually, a growth aid/protein treatment that has become popular again recently.

I used it everyday and I always spritz my hair first. it was always wet when I used the mixture. but you know my sides and top only grows 1/4 no matter what I do. its weird the back has grown a full inch in 3 weeks. top is till 1/4 same amount of time. Weird. I can't wait to post my pictures in September I should be Armpit by then.

Did you take a pictures. Take a picture. Have some one take four pictures and then retake the same pictures two weeks later. Same position and see if there is a change before you threw it out. You might be shocked. I couldn't tell either until I saw the picture or better put in the twist that enable me to see clearly the new growth. I am natural so its hard for me to see if my hair has grown or not. I got a mole in the middle of my back and I measure it against that. once I go past it I am armpit.

How are you using the Mega Tek

I mixed JBCO and Mega Tek in an applicator and apply it to my scalp twice a day. I hang my head over my bed and massage my scalp for two minutes. I wash my hair once a week and condition wash once a week. I deep condition twice a week.

I agree , I just started 3 days ago and I already feel & see ng, I measure it by my color that's growing out. I think just like anything else , results vary depending on the individual.

when i first started using mt,it took about a month to see results(probably b/c i mixed it w/oils and it was too diluted-about 50/50)so i stopped using for 2 wks.When i started back using it i only added a few drops of vite and castor oil and notice a diff. in less than a week

Two weeks. I didn't feel anything so I thought it wasn't working. My hair also grows decently (.5" a month) without growth aides so that also may have made the sudden increase less noticeable.

I picked 1-2 weeks. I actually felt growth in the first week. But I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. And shrinkage was misleading. My hair was thicker overnight. But growth didn't come till a few days later. That was my personal experience but it actually depends on the individual and the way it's applied. Let's do an experiment, wash your hands and give a good rinse. Apply MT to your nails, do you notice a difference immediately? I did, MT works on contact but it depends on the condition of your hair/nails and what you did to alter MT. For instance, did you use it full strength or add anything to it? Although some add ingredients to MT and still notice quick results.

Remember MT is LOADED with protein. Hair and nails are made of protein. So it rebuilds the hair structure with additional protein. That's why you see noticeable strength and thickness FIRST to hair and nails. Then growth. My nails are thicker and stronger than they have ever been. But due to the fact that I use my nails as a chew toy and dish washer I see the growth but then it's short again. erplexed

Recently I realized that the (leave in) MT Botanical Spray has several of the ingredients as MT Rebuilder so I'm not sure how much that played a part in the growth.

I noticed "growth" right away. It might be because the first time I used it, I needed a touch-up. My hair seemed longer, but maybe it was because the NG stretched out due to the additional moisture . erplexed .? IDK.

But overall, yes. When I am consistent, I see a difference within days.
