How long should my hair be for this style?

Hello everyone

I am wanting this style sooo bad I plan to have my stylist maintain it for me. I know it’s a permed style which I don’t mind.

My question is how long is her hair?
and how long will it take for me to grow it out to this length?

So far I have been using castor oil every night, rice water 2x a day, and taking OLLY hair growth gummies daily.

It looks like 1/2 inch to an inch

I would say about 2 months growing an 1/2 inch per month.
