How long should a twist out last?

I know it varies from head to head, but I got a two-strand twist done last Wednesday and it's starting to lok a lil' fuzzy I think I am going to untwist it, but I'm wondering how long the twist out will last. I have 4b hair . . . and sweat a lot at night.

If you have twist that are already fuzzy, then the probability is that you may have to retwist your hair at night to maintain your twist out.

If I wear a twist out on 1 day, and don't retwist and wear a Satin bonnet, I can maintain my twist out but its going to shrink up during the night.

If I wear a twist out on 1 day, and then loosely retwist my hair at night trying not to disturb the curls, I can wear it for a few more days.
