How I scored 3 bottles of WEN for free!

I get automatic shipments of WEN and they sent me 2 bottles of sweet almond mint. It's a nice scent but I wanted to try some new scents. So I called and asked if I could send back my 2 almond mint and receive lavender and mango coconut. The rep said no, for me to keep what I have and they'd send me a sample of the two scents I wanted. I said sure, but can you add the gardenia green tea as well, she said sure. I was expecting 3 small, maybe 2 oz samples. But instead, I received 3 16-oz bottles for FREE.

Have you received your credit card statement yet? I would like to try it but I'm always skeptical with the autobill from companies like that.

I love wen and their customer service. They did the same for me. I canceled my autoship on the 90 day supply but they still shipped me the next shipment and refunded two payments.
