The condition of your hair?? Did it change the texture/ Was it different depending on if you were having a boy or girl? I'm just curious to know, what the effects were on diffrent people, if there's some kind of pattern...??
O.K., I'll start, When I was pregnant with my daughter, my hair was full and thick, and felt soft and beautiful. I didn't have to do much, but then, I didn't really have a regimen, other than washing (back then I used a shampoo/conditioner in 1- the mistakes of the past

) combed out, oiled, airdried, styled. Never used a dryer, and still don't, though I am starting to consider one

. Of course, after my daughter was born, and the hormomne levels dropped again, at about 3 mo.s my hair started falling out!!! At the time I was alarmed. I'm going BALD!!!!

. But then, i realized it was only because of the hormone levels, and saw that once it finished, I wsn't bald, but had to get used to what used to be my normal amount of hair!!

I got used to it and moved on!

when I was pregnant with my son on the other hand, my hair didn't become as thick or lush, and I assume because of this, I also didn't lose as much hair afterwards

!! Once my daughter was around 3-4 months this happened, and for my son, once he was aound 5-6 months. Strange, isn't it?

What has your experience been?

When I was expecting my daughter, my hair was very lush and thick also, however about five months, I noticed that it was very flyaway, it couldn't hold a style and it was thin. After taking some hair tablets, that was Pil Food at the time, my hair started to thicken up after about a month or so. Another girl, said that her hair started to fill out after month, she also had a baby girl, but then she started having intensive protein treatments, every week for at least a month and her hair improved greatly. During your pregnancy, it helps to take things like Royal Jelly, evening primrose, Brewers Yeast the powder form, Spirulina green-blue algae, Wheat Grass, Black Strap Molasses, fortified milk (contains, Black strap and Brewers Yeast)people don't have any problems of hair falling out or so, these products really nourish the mother and the baby, also it makes adjustments for your hormone levels. I wish I knew this when I was expecting though.

when i was pregnant with my son, my hair became thicker and lush and longer. i kept my hair after his birth, but it shed 1 year later after i stopped breastfeeding him.

When I was pregnant, my hair grew in thicker, shinier, and longer. I thought I was too cute swinging my hair around my back, but then it did start falling out after a while. I didn't know about hair boards back then, so I just started wearing wigs.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, my hair got longer and thicker too. It grew really fast, and was very shiny. After I had my daughter I didn't experience any more shedding than normal, but my hair broke ever so slightly at my hairline. I'm still breastfeeding, and I'm told by my Dr. and stylist that anything can happen once I wean my daughter. They tell me my hair won't be back to normal til my hormores are, which can take 1-2 years after weaning.

when i was pregnant with my daughter, my hair grew very fast. however, at the time not knowing about LHCF and trying to find a decent stylist it was a bit thin and dull. Once I had her my temple area suffered substantial hair loss, but I am in steady recovery 10 months post partum
